Macau-based Western calligrapher with over 10 years in Western calligraphy.
Oliver provides the services from courses, workshops, private lessons, customized gifts and logo design. In 2017, Oliver founded the Lettering Artists Association of Macau (LAAOM). Oliver is also a curator and Western calligrapher in the field of exhibitions. The LAAOM regularly holds courses and workshops and invites international Western calligraphers to participate in the annual exhibition.
In the same year, Oliver also established a calligraphy brand, focusing on selling Western calligraphy tools, while providing high-end residency services for international brands. Recently, Oliver was invited by Macau Television to produce a series of Western calligraphy program. For the better learning environment in Western Calligraphy, Oliver collaborates with Macau government to organize Western calligraphy courses.

Western Calligraphy Handmade Ink
When I creating this handmade ink, the basic standards were hair-thin silkiness and rich, beautiful shadows. I put considerable effort into the consistency and wetness of the formula. The initial colors released are "Azure Blue," inspired by the Portuguese bricks of Macau, and "Dark Walnut," a classic ink for Western calligraphy.

Engrosser's Script Practice Pad
Each practice pad contains 50 sheets of smooth, shadow and hairline friendly's silky 80gsm cream yellow paper. The surface is smooth and free of coatings that hinder ink drying, offering excellent ink absorption and very even ink distribution, suitable for most dotting nib inks.

Westnern Calligraphy Workshop
To provide our regular course students the monthly Western calligraphy workshop focusing on Engrosser’s Script.
3-hour workshop will involve practicing phrases from selected famous manuscripts, improving basic structure and letter spacing. Participants will also experiment with handmade paints specially formulated by Oliver and complete a piece of artwork.
